i think i am going to go with taka's. i thought we were supposed to submit our favorite image you :P whoops. hehe. a lot of great shots though but taka's stands out i think. plus that was a really hard shot for me. the back light kept blowing out terribly bad. so he gets my vote for this one.

tough call on these. There are many excellent ones. A talented bunch indeed. I really like the clean natural look of Erin, Shem and Will's photos, but my vote has to go with Nick for creativity! So 5 it is.

So did this turn into a popularity/friends contest =)
Courtney, how is this going to work? Is it just the person with the most comments supporting their picture? Or are you going to way the votes of the crew that went out in Tampa a little more?

My pic is #3. I want to be flirt in this shot. Taka, way to GO! This pose and picture would always make me look and smile.
I love #2 as well. Depth, subject and environment almost "had me at Hello".

My vote is for Taka. He has a way of making all his subjects look really good in whatever lighting that is available. Way to go Taka!

How do I vote? I'd like to vote for Taka's picture of Shem.
Posted by: Pam | February 07, 2008 at 06:49 PM
ooh this is a close one, taka and shem are currently tied for the canvas. Chris...because we have no way of telling who the votes are coming from i.e. friends, family or fellow photographers, the winner will be decided by number of votes. Right now it's a tight race :-) 40 minutes left until the voting closes!
